This policy explains the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies used on www.clearsum.co.uk.

The asterisk means the name can contain a project or session identifier. Zoho may change cookie names or durations as its service changes. We check this list against the live site and provider information when the configuration changes.

We use Zoho PageSense only for aggregate web analytics and heatmaps, such as page views, clicks and scrolling. We do not currently use Google Analytics, PageSense session recording, A/B testing or personalisation.

4. Your choice

When you first visit, the banner offers “Accept” and “Deny”. Analytics remains off unless you choose Accept.
You can change your choice by clearing the cookies and site data for clearsum.co.uk in your browser and revisiting the website. The consent banner will then appear again. You can also block cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies may affect how the website works.

5. Contact and updates

For questions about cookies or privacy, email privacy@clearsum.co.uk. We may update this policy if the website or its technologies change.
